About The Mosque

Firstly, before we talk about the Mosque, we need to know who is Dr.AbdulGani AbdulHaleem Akorede Agbarigidomo. He was an indigiene of Ilorin. He studied and graduated from the Kingdom of Saudi-Arabia. He used to do a programme in a mosque called Onikatoko in Sabo-Line Street between Maghrib and Ishai every Sunday and he used to do another programme for the youth in the morning in that same Mosque between 10am - 12pm. He started doing lectures since 1992, which Allah used as a Sabab to guide the Youth in understanding the Sunnah until 2005, when he was asked to leave the Mosque(Onikatoko) by the mosque commitee due to their(the commitee) ignorance and misguidance. He started using another Mosque in Ile-Bawa. From this point, the youth started contributing among themselves money to buy a piece of land for the purpose of building another Mosque.
In 2006, the youth gathered the contribiuted money and bought a land and the mosque was finally built by a slave of Allah from Saudi Arabia in that same year as a Sodaqatu-Jaariha and was name after the name of his mother(Faatimoh Bint Muhammod Al-Falaah). The Mosque Commitee started building the mosque's first storey building in 2010 and is yet to be finished...
